Vi værner om dine personoplysninger og følger den til enhver tid gældende lovgivning for at beskytte dig som privatperson.
Vi anvender udelukkende Personoplysningerne i forbindelse med tilmelding af kurser/arrangementer, tilmelding til e-mail services, rådgivning eller bestilling af materialer.

Apropos Kommunikation behandler dine personoplysninger i den udstrækning, det er tilladt ved lov. Behandling af data finder sted, når du f.eks. foretager en booking eller tilmelder dig vores nyhedsbrev. Tilmelder du dig et af vores kurser indsamler Apropos Kommunikation følgende oplysninger; Deltagerens navn, stilling, e-mailadresse, virksomhedens navn, adresse & kontaktpersonens telefonnummer samt e-mailadresse.
Tilmelder du dig vores nyhedsbrev via internettet, indsamler Apropos Kommunikation følgende oplysninger; Fornavn samt e-mail.
Oplysningerne i forbindelse med en kursusbooking, anvendes af Apropos Kommunikations kursusadministrator til at registrerer og dokumenterer at den pågældende person er tilmeldt et kursus. Derudover kan oplysninger anvendes til at kontakte deltageren/kontaktpersonen i forbindelse med afholdelse, aflysning eller ændring af et kursus. Endvidere har Apropos Kommunikation behov for deltagerens oplysninger da der ved kursets afslutning udstedes et kursusbevis.
BESKYTTELSE & SIKKERHED
Apropos Kommunikation har truffet passende tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger med henblik på at beskytte dine oplysninger mod f.eks. tab, manipulering eller uvedkommende adgang.
Apropos Kommunikation sletter Personoplysninger i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning. Det betyder f.eks., at Apropos Kommunikation sletter oplysningerne, når der ikke længere er et formål med at behandle de pågældende personoplysninger.
ÆNDRING, SLETNING OG GENNEMGANG AF DINE PERSONOPLYSNINGER
Apropos Kommunikation opbevarer dine oplysninger så længe lovgivningen foreskriver.
Både deltager og kontaktperson har ret til at få oplyst, hvilke oplysninger vi har om den enkelte person i forbindelse med kursus. Hvis de oplysninger, vi har registreret om dig ikke er korrekte, kan du få dem rettet eller slettet. Anmodninger skal fremsendes per mail til info@aprokom.dk
Du har altid ret til at gøre indsigelse imod at vi anvender oplysninger, men det kan dog resultere i at, der fx ikke kan udleveres kursusbevis eller lign.

PURPOSE:
Apropos Kommunikation ApS (CVR no.: 32292038), a Danish company with its registered address at Kronprinsessegade 6,1, 1306 Copenhagen K, Denmark, we process personal data for customers who book services with us.
We value your personal information and adhere to the applicable laws at all times to protect you as an individual.
We exclusively use the Personal Information in connection with course/event registration, sign-up for email services, counseling, or material orders.
When you provide us with personal information, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the provisions outlined in the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. If you add personal information about other individuals, it is your responsibility to ensure that Apropos Kommunikation can process the personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection terms.
Apropos Kommunikation processes your personal information to the extent permitted by law. Data processing occurs, for example, when you make a booking or subscribe to our newsletter. If you enroll in one of our courses, Apropos Kommunikation collects the following information: Participant's name, position, email address, company name, address, and contact person's phone number and email address.
If you subscribe to our newsletter online, Apropos Kommunikation collects the following information: First name and email address.
The information related to a course booking is used by Apropos Kommunikation's course administrator to register and document that the respective person is enrolled in a course. Additionally, the information may be used to contact the participant/contact person in connection with the scheduling, cancellation, or modification of a course. Furthermore, Apropos Kommunikation requires the participant's information as a course certificate is issued upon the completion of the course.
PROTECTION & SECURITY
Apropos Kommunikation has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against, for example, loss, manipulation, or unauthorized access.
Apropos Kommunikation deletes Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws. This means, for example, that Apropos Kommunikation deletes the information when there is no longer a purpose for processing the respective personal data.
MODIFICATION, DELETION, AND REVIEW OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Apropos Kommunikation retains your information for as long as required by law.
Both participants and contact persons have the right to be informed about the information we have on each individual in connection with the course. If the information we have recorded about you is incorrect, you can have it corrected or deleted. Requests should be sent by email to info@aprokom.dk.
You always have the right to object to our use of information; however, this may result in, for example, the inability to issue a course certificate or similar.
